不喜歡，所以讀得草。讀起來一堆問號。問題還是老問題，圍繞技術如何用來為彼此不分的市場和國傢背鍋。由reputation, search and finance三個大方麵。好像大數據之前黑箱不存在一樣？為什麼就現在的社會更黑箱社會瞭呢？變瞭技術層麵形式、規模和錶現之後內在邏輯質的差異在哪？（還有就是這書討論應該僅限美國語境吧

Shrouded in secrecy and complexity, decisions at major Silicon Valley and Wall Street firms were long assumed to be neutral and technical. But leaks, whistleblowers, and legal disputes have shed new light on automated judgment. Self-serving and reckless behavior is surprisingly common, and easy to hide in code protected by legal and real secrecy. Even after billions of dollars of fines have been levied, underfunded regulators may have only scratched the surface of this troubling behavior.

Frank Pasquale exposes how powerful interests abuse secrecy for profit and explains ways to rein them in. Demanding transparency is only the first step. An intelligible society would assure that key decisions of its most important firms are fair, nondiscriminatory, and open to criticism. Silicon Valley and Wall Street need to accept as much accountability as they impose on others.
