作者本身是个狂爱美食的人，又是厨师，于是他带着我们走遍世界可以了解很多也许平时没有机会了解接触的美食，看看一个专业厨师的评语但是整本书比同作者的《厨房机密》少了许多有趣~也许那本更多涉及了生活:) 买这本来看的同时一定也要看看《厨房机密》

很有意思的旅行视角。从一个厨师的视角，来写的游记可不多吧。这本书就很有意思啦，你能从书中感受到美食和旅行的双重诱惑。作者把每个地方的风土人情，特别是美食方面的，都描写的非常精彩。比如在意大利一家弄家的一餐晚饭，就是一次精彩的体验很不错的书，值得一看

这是一个非常有趣的男人，他的《厨房机密》我也看了。两本书其实都有点年头了，所以作者对中国的印象存在着很大的偏见。这让不少国内的读者觉得很不舒服。不过，尽管如此，我倒觉得很可以理解，毕竟20年前，整个西方世界都对中国不太友好。作者安东尼其实是个非常浪漫的人，...
