第一遍读的中文版，在读英文版，别有感觉。

太厉害了。这本以动物为主角的小说，虽有会说话会斗争的动物，却一点不违和，一切都那么自然和熟悉。45年出版的讽刺苏联的小说，套在后面七十年的历史里也不过时。不愧为经典~ 170828凌晨南平路

几年前在京东买书，该书作为赠品附送。当年无知的我看了书名后以为是儿童英文读物，于是让它在书架上吃灰了多年。后来在不经意间获知该书的价值，赶紧从书架上找出来，抹去灰尘后拜读。短短十章的故事，描绘出了很多不能说的秘密。才疏学浅的我在此评价该书的内容和价值已显多余，一切只可意会不可言传。pig to men，men to pig
