好諷刺好犀利好真實！前幾章關於政客、媒體和privileged millennials直接在公車上笑齣瞭聲。很多書評都說是David Foster Wallace式犀利並meta的文風。後麵越看越神：2011、80年代、60年代、40年代相互交錯；9個角色的POV敘述，這其中包括一本以第二人稱敘述的choose your own adventure book，讓我們理解和同情每個人的經曆。就是這結尾太爛尾瞭啊！好像沒時間草草收場，或者是要達到choose your own adventure book那種“條條綫索均匯閤”的統一。而且結尾咋都開始說教瞭呢。

首推Ari Fliakos的有聲書每一個角色都有自己獨特的聲綫。politics family love friendship business gay/lesbian child abuse暢銷書的元素一應俱全作者想用各個角色反映大時代下小人物的復雜內心然而聯係卻很鬆散比如Pwnage跟Laura Potsdam的部分縱然詼諧也極具現實意義但跟主題的聯係脆弱不堪一擊 Faye的人格跟盲人摸象的關係也很牽強。說爛尾的盆友們給作者一個自我剖白的機會也沒什麼錯吧。齣版時間對應美國大選時機簡直不要更精準！！

感覺就像是在看又一部Franzen的美式偉大小說，一本書裏有十個故事，完全不擔心篇幅每個故事都從頭說起，涉及瞭社會曆史現代方方麵麵，有愛情有親情，看到最後是覺得很精彩隻不過有點忘瞭為什麼要繞這麼一大圈瞭。

4.7 很是幽默就連結尾部分我都笑齣兩次來，也很能break it down的說故事方式，雖說600多頁也是一周下來下班後迴來看再加個周末能解決的好讀的故事。我一般給分都是0.5一個區彆但是這迴真的就差那麼點點就可以給5分啦還是不錯的
