4.5 作者的主要觀點：債務問題主要是財政體製問題，要財政的歸財政、銀行的歸銀行；內部經濟失衡來自經濟結構轉變，重要是提高投資效率；中國的經常賬戶、匯率和工資並不是美國逆差和就業問題的癥結；房地産市場泡沫不嚴重，因而目前看債務問題導緻危機的概率很小；城市化要注重密度而不是擴張。

匆忙翻過，可圈可點，值得一讀，以後有時間再細讀

畢竟是中國人，對中國經濟的理解和拆解能力強於很多國外學者。書中不乏很有深度的觀點，比如貧富差距的擴大不能隻關注錶麵的收入差距，而是大量尋租活動導緻資産所有權的歸屬錯配。黃育川對戶口問題的認識則比較理想化甚至單純，如果對聖保羅和裏約熱內盧有過研究就應該明白中國一直被人詬病的戶籍政策依然是當下最優選擇，而在貨幣政策和匯率上想法也很奇怪，是否經得起推敲持保留意見。也許在民主國傢的長期生活使人更容易從人權的角度齣發分析問題，但是對於人口大國來說，經濟發展中有些彎路必定是以犧牲個體及少數群體為代價的，未來一定能從人口增量大國印度和尼日利亞的發展軌跡中看到似曾相識的現象。
