这本根本就该改名叫基友最大，主角在上集被人陷害开革除海军，结果基友说没事，我来把你最爱的战舰买下来当私掠船，还凭借自己情报人员的身份让你的水手不会被海军征召！心情不好没事，我们开船出去走走，咦，有船，我们抢了一条私掠船五条商船回来了！喂，海军部给我个情报，说法国人有艘新战舰想从被封锁的港口溜走，我们要不去搞一票？我们把法国人的战舰偷回来了！还顺手拉两两条炮艇，两艘商船！基友到底多有钱呢，反正据说他死掉的教父是西班牙首富……
