20150531.我承认这本书有一些有待加强的地方，但是考虑到写作时间和当前对于ngo的研究，作者们真的给出了较为系统的梳理，并且提出了该领域的一个分析框架。

无聊

这里面专门有一节，撇清了跟GS的区别：老纸是混子，不想搞个社会。。。。

一本连book review都乏善可陈的书是有多难看~如果要讲structuralist直接看国关的书不就好了吗。选int'l development方向的同学真是痛苦。

感觉有点空洞。主要探讨的还是TANs怎么操作以及为什么能有效果的问题。但总给人一种“一群正义的积极分子从天而降把第三世界国家的坏蛋政府和坏蛋跨国公司都给治了”的印象，说这些人能够给世行和IMF带来压力迫使其改变政策，可能多少也有些夸大其词。作者认为TANs不是新自由主义的传声筒，而是真正体现了“沟通理性”的精神。可就像哈贝马斯理论本身对于讨论权力不平等问题几乎无所作为一样，这样的经验研究也让人极度怀疑。我并不想太过极端地说 TANs只不过是西方再生产霸权的一种方式，但是这些组织从哪里取得资源，他们和当地的民众怎样互动，普遍的人权观念如何在特定的环境下得以推行，都是些重要的问题。我觉得这书unpack得还不够。
