Dr. Nicole Forsgren is CEO and Chief Scientist at DevOps Research and Assessment LLC. She is best known as the lead investigator on the largest DevOps study to date. She has been a professor and performance engineer, and her work has been published in several peer-reviewed journals. Jez Humble is co-author of The DevOps Handbook, Lean Enterprise, and the Jolt Award-winning Continuous Delivery. He is currently researching how to build high performing teams at his startup, DevOps Research and Assessment, LLC, and teaching at UC Berkeley. 评分粗粗的浏览了一遍，仔细思索了其中的一些重要的东西，感悟颇深。 trunk based branch management, split the workflow into small patches those can be delivered quickly, and allow user to testing and validation. Other key part is deplopment, easy to get the build deployed to production environment, fast feedback from customers.
