书的名字很大，不过切入点很好，就是一个华裔女孩的美食寻根之旅。旅行的本质是思念，是寻找，前人已上路，我也该上路。虽然是个ABC，但因为是中国人的面孔，让作者花更多的心思在中国菜上面，讲了北京的厨师学校，讲了山西面食，讲了江浙菜。哈哈，豆瓣的电子阅读里面有部分诗...
