Moore's emphatic reading provides a current of excitement and urgency in this tale of interstellar crime and sabotage. The reading is purposeful， a suitable reflection of Puck's personality. Particularly well rendered is her interpretation of Hush's breathy voice and lilting diction. His use of words in the wrong part of speech is made more appealing by Moore's undulating inflection. The affected voices of the criminals are suitably annoying， and the voice of the foil appropriately menacing. A treat for both middle-grade and young-adult listeners. T.B.
