If you. are a Webelos Scout and you are just joining the
pack, the first thing you do is register; then you learn and
pass the Bobcat requirements.
Get an application to join a pack. Fill it out, have your
parent sign it, and give it to your Webelos leader together
with the registration fee. Then go to work on your Bobcat
requirements, which are explained on pages 397-402. When
you complete them, have your parent sign the Bobcat score-
board on page 397.
