Preface and Acknowledgments My past writings have been a reflection of my clinical expe- rience and have been written for CoAs and others from dys- functional families. These books were attempts to point out and validate life experience. This book was written with this sense of validation in mindï¼Œ but also in the hopes of influencing corporate America to include these issues in their employee assistance program- ming.
