these down to 100, plus an extra 50 "honorable
mentions," we consider these criteria:
FOOD, in terms of quality, innovation and
presentation is easily the most important
consideration.
SERVICE is also critical to the dining
experience. No restaurant qualifies for the book
if the service is shoddy or rude.
SURROUNDINGS must meet certain standards
of cleanliness and comfort.
VALUE does not necessarily mean "low price;" it
means a fair return on your investment.
All listed restaurants must meet minimum
requirements in all four catagories. Most excel
in one or more of these catagories and that
information is included in the review.
