男神JCE的書！縱嚮來說，比調香師日記更適閤業內人士看，但對愛好者來說也不失可讀性；橫嚮來說，比起The Secret of Scent ( Luca Turin)，當然是調香師本人寫的東西更有參考價值。老爺子把自己的調色盤都分享齣來瞭，實在坦誠。也能看齣來他的確不喜歡濃重的氣味。 JCE在創作氣味時更關注氣味本身，也就是原料的選擇，而非糾結於0.1%的配比。調香師對原料的掌握最好是由繁入簡，有太多選擇，倒不如沒有選擇。
