平鋪直敘的design thinking入門級讀物，終於藉著讀書會的任務讀完，case乾癟無味，所以果然還是應該親身參與一個項目去體會brainstorming, prototyping,storytelling和engaging吧

從design thinking這個角度看問題很有意思，設計的不一定是tangible goods，也可以是experience, service, organization...總之要以人為本，總之要大膽犯錯；第一部分講observation, brainstorm, prototyping和storytelling也很有啓發性。 || 這本書很大程度上是站在leader的角度寫的，強調在新時代裏為瞭生存，企業要追求innovation而不是incrementation。我還沒這種實戰經驗，很多東西體會不到位。不過西方社會對leadership的側重可見一斑。

高屋建瓴的design thinking的觀點，不適閤拿來做具體操作的指導書。從心理學和人類行為的角度說明為什麼需要design thinking，對於瞭解現在越來越普及的design thinking來說，這本是必讀書目之一。
