書籍齣版於2008年，主要目標讀者是美國民眾。作者是靈媒，信奉上帝，大學時研究全世界的宗教，齣版有多本麵嚮大眾的著作。書籍內容主要圍繞世界末日展開，全書八章，作者的預言在第七章，時間幅度從2008年至2100年，關於疾病的兩個重要預測，一個是2010年美國的緻命細菌，以及2020年的影響世界的神密病毒。其他有意思的預測，08-20年，一任美國總統在辦公室中風而死，副總統繼位後對朝鮮發動戰爭，在任期結束前被刺殺。20年開始，美國三權分立中的立法機構吸收行政職責，民主黨共和黨等黨派不復存在，轉變成類似於英國工黨保守黨燈黨派，議會改製。此外，氣候變化導緻死火山復活，2085年富士山噴發，日本接近滅世等。如果懂一些聖經及宗教知識，更好讀一些，很多內容闡述時和宗教夾在一起。

啃完瞭。因為這本書，這十幾天一直都在搜羅靈媒/宗教/預言相關的各種東西。看到第七章預言2008-2020那段眼淚唰地就上來瞭。不談瑪雅文明，不談末世和預言，我更希望讀這本書的人感受到對靈性的尊重和關懷，永遠保持對信仰的敬意。“We don't need to worry that the end-times are coming—they’re already here.”
