暑假讀過，最近又看瞭一遍。本書應該是最權威的申請書籍瞭，問題是年代有些老，不管是講commonapp還是講essay都感覺有些過時。

评分committee真是以最陰險的眼光看申請，community service時間是在申請前有問題，高排名但senior year選課少有問題，傢境好還這麼少課外活動不行，亞裔成績好不能set you apart，而且學校宣傳時把亞裔當少數，招生時卻對亞裔比白人還嚴。中國大陸學生成績好，甚至連Gre都考瞭，但是太窮申請financial aid，所以每年80到150申請人中dartmouth最多招兩個。
