讀不同的故事，順著作者的思路順藤摸瓜，把淩亂的信息片給整理清晰，總體來說還是值得一讀的。隻不過Gladwell沒必要把這些故事的關鍵人物都如此細節的描述一遍，這不是一部偵探小說，這類描述並不會為論述添色。

馬爾科姆齣生於英格蘭，是牙買加人的後裔。他在加拿大長大，現居紐約市。

格拉德威尔的才华和文笔是无可否认的，但不知道这次中信出版社是否急功近利为了搭异类的畅销快车，连校对翻译都没有就匆忙出版了。我非常失望，不是对格拉德威尔，而是这本书的翻译，简直是无语了，我觉得找国内字幕组的人员来翻译都要来得精确幽默。
