書的內容很不錯,講一個人人都知道的道理。但是太難做到瞭,關於意識形態的問題,哪是能用文字解釋清楚的。

评分書還好,理念是通過放緩生活節奏來增加思維的清晰度。但是書裏最重要的概念free flowing mode ,作者並沒有真的解釋清,或者告訴我們如何實現這種狀態。我的理解就是人有兩種思考方式,一種是邏輯思維,另一種是不通過思考用直決做判斷。用直覺做判斷隻能在精神非常放鬆的狀態下纔能達到,即必須要給自己足夠的時間,而不是強迫自己沒準備好就做決策。這就是slow down to the speed of life.
