反正我是很喜欢看这种有点cheesy的异国言情小说。参加过这次朋友的婚礼后，对印度人保守的婚恋观深有体会。

这本书作者你可能不太熟悉，但根据他的另一部作品改编的电影《三个傻瓜》你可能记忆犹新，《2 states》为我们讲述的是一个印度爱情故事，来自南北两个邦的年轻人在大学相爱，但双方家庭的文化背景差异成为两人爱情的羁绊，但两人最终战胜了困难走到一起。它其实写的是作者的自身经历。一个印度人告诉我，奇坦在印度很普通，像他那样的作家数不胜数，看来我们还是不了解印度啊。
