評分这是一部据说很经典的恐怖小说，只是个人感觉并不是很恐怖，可能是因为自己的想象能力不是很丰富吧。总体感觉就是作者想告诉人们天下没有免费的午餐，天上掉馅饼的事往往伴随着的是灾祸。所谓祸兮福所倚福兮祸所伏，大抵如此。
評分宠物公墓是十几年前读过的，之后好几年想起来都不寒而栗，做了好几年的噩梦。印象深刻，至今不敢拿出来再读一遍 猴爪是后来读的，可能因为先读了公墓，所以觉得没那么恐怖了。觉得两个故事可以合并，如果老父亲没来得及许愿的话，那么宠物公墓后面的故事就可以连接上了。
