關於Gawain的duality很有意思，一個是Christ一個是Adam的biblical reference。iconoclastic, 打破瞭我對medieval romance的認識，雖說adventure和courtly love的因素都在，但沒有romance會寫本身就是星星的人會嚮往gutter中的生活吧。讓人想起Baudelaire的l‘idéal.
