我们monetary policy这门课的reading之一，主要是在讲央行的独立性的时候用到的它，同时还讨论了欧元区的情况。内容比较简单易懂，没有那么多的数学推导，主要用图形说明问题，和Monetary policy and theory有强烈对比。但是个人还是认为后者能加深理解。
