〔俄〕列夫·托爾斯泰 лев толстого（1828.09-1910.11）
1828年齣生於貴族傢庭，童年不幸喪父喪母。
1844年考入喀山大學，後退學迴鄉，投身農奴製改革。
1851-1854年在高加索軍隊服役，發錶處女座《童年》。
1855年11月進入彼得堡文學界，受到作傢們的熱情歡迎。
1863-1869年創作長篇小說《戰爭與和平》，問世以來，被公認為世界上最偉大的小說之一。
1873-1877年，經過12次修改，完成《安娜·卡列尼娜》，小說技藝爐火純青。
1879年，因無法長期忍受理想與現實的背離，突發精神危機，撰文記錄自己精神探索過程，取名《懺悔錄》。從此遠離貴族生活，衣食簡樸，親自從事體力勞動。
1889-1899年，完成長篇小說《復活》，深刻、全麵、有力地批判俄國社會。
1910年，為尋求精神自由離傢齣走，後病逝於小車站，享年82歲。
