For use with CHILDREN AND THEIR ART, similar textbooks, or on its own, ART PROJECTS FOR EDUCATORS AND STUDENTS, consists of 50 full-color illustrations and 15 projects for university students preparing to teach children. This edition provides several new projects and has been revised to follow more closely the organization of CHILDREN AND THEIR ART. The hands-on projects presented in the workbook are designed to give student teachers confidence in the classroom by helping them build a portfolio of projects before they ever get there. Each project has been extensively class-tested by both university and elementary students and adheres to the guidelines developed for Discipline Based Art Education (DBAE).
