Twelve-year-old Robin had a terrifying experience at camp the summer her parents divorced. She dared to sneak away from her bunk at night with her friend Amelia to go swimming in the dark, a dare that the timid Amelia accepted very reluctantly. The adventure ended in tragedy. Afterwards, Robin's nightmares won't go away, worrying her father when she refuses to confide in him.
