hmmm not good. we do not need reductionists' jurisprudence in this fashion. And, law should not start with Dworkin!

第三编关于刑法哲学的没看。我觉得写得还可以啊，有条理，编排得很有风格。教科书不都或多或少裁剪了理论嘛。当然这本书前面应该加上“英美法哲学”的限定。
