hmmm not good. we do not need reductionists' jurisprudence in this fashion. And, law should not start with Dworkin!

第三編關於刑法哲學的沒看。我覺得寫得還可以啊，有條理，編排得很有風格。教科書不都或多或少裁剪瞭理論嘛。當然這本書前麵應該加上“英美法哲學”的限定。
