全書分兩部分，第一部分是敏捷的管理、流程詳細介紹，通過這部分的學習，大概就可以明白這個“敏捷”是怎麼運作起來的瞭；第二部分講測試驅動開發，以C#為例，因為不喜歡微軟的産品，所以第二部分無視瞭……。作者是thougtworks的前員工，寫的很不錯。
