1.我覺得自己已經修煉的不錯瞭，所以大多是找一點pat on the shoulder的同感。2在做自我測試，我對那種被態度不好的服務生毀掉一天的一類問題還是沒有修煉夠。3.分析venting和dumping的區彆的部分很有啓發。我自己已經注意到每次都說謝謝讓我venting，以後要學習事前問我可以vent嗎。4讀完一周後，就遇到瞭態度不好的診所接待小姐，我也不搭話，保持沉默（tony hillerman的書的心得），她自己倒是覺得不好意思瞭後來一直特彆的客氣。我心裏想的確實是let this garbage truck pass me，因而真的一點沒有upset。5雞湯書的營銷特有意思，比如說每本書都要patent一個fancy phrase.不知道有沒有總結這一類的分析書。
