文笔太普通，一堆赘语。人物显然更实际，应征了我对电影的一贯看法，添油加醋，炮制再炮制，虽然同名电影是2010年我最喜欢的。

第一章还不错，写英王登基的部分还比较详尽，和电影也可以对的上，后面部分就太冗长了，从作者出生一直啰嗦了好半天，看了会儿，感觉有点沉闷，看不下去了，放弃了。

其实，这部电影可以改为一位口吃者治疗师的故事口吃是主线，国王是陪衬，励志才是根本。无论如何，制作精良，主题突出，是奥斯卡学院派喜欢的菜。
