马克•米勒，生于1969年，是一位英国漫画编剧，知名作品有：《内战》《终极战队》《终极神奇四侠》《通缉令》和《海扁王》，后两部已被改编成电影。他的作品已经为他赢得了4个埃斯纳奖和2个老鹰奖提名。
