2015.03.01 ~ 2015.03.25 虽然很老了，但有关沟通层级、序列分割方面的内容还是挺有启发作用和实践意义的。

结构主义的框架很是明显。交流分两个层次，外层是具体的沟通行为（语言和非语言行为），内层是沟通的规则和策略。两个人能否继续长期相处，无论外层行为多么你死我活，歇斯底里，只要内层的规则和策略是一个稳定的系统，俩人就还会死磕下去。里面对戏剧《谁害怕弗吉尼亚·伍尔夫？》的分析，非常精彩！
