評分越讀越不爽,這個應該還是學校裏的人寫的吧,用詞怎麼那麼不科學。看瞭amazon評論不打算讀完瞭。
評分聽的有聲書,利用來迴時間1.5倍速聽完的。評價在3星到4星之間。介紹瞭一套用“心智"控製“大腦”的方法。最關鍵的概念就是: Your identity and your true self is not your brain!
