作者简介
梁莹，南京大学社会学院副教授，行政管理学博士，北京大学公共管理博士后，主要从事公共管理与社会政策、社会工作行政与政治社会学研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目、教育部人文社会科学研究项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目和一等资助项目、民政部社会组织理论研究部级课题等多项项目或课题。出版专著两本，主编教材两本，参著(编)书6本。在《中国软科学》、《中国行政管理》等CSSCI来源期刊上发表论文50余篇，近20篇论文被人大复印资料《政治学》、《公共行政》、《社会学》与《中国政治》全文转载，并有数篇论文被EI检索。
姚军，盐城工学院成人教育学院院长，副教授，苏州大学博士。中国高等教育学会公共关系教育专业委员会理事，江苏省盐城市公共关系协会常务副会长，江苏省成人高等教育常务理事。参与国家哲学社会科学“九五”规划重点课题1项、省部级课题5项，主持省级课题1项、市级和学校课题多项。出版专著1部，参与编著、主编出版教材3部，在核心期刊等上发表论文30余篇。
