虽然考试的时候还是摸不着太多的要点，但这本书的确让我对行政法有了些形象的认识。在内地学行政法，因为缺乏案例，上理论的高原常要缺氧。零星一两个案例，难免也要往意识形态上靠，悲情太多，总让我生厌。行政法其实也是家常，想要学好它，我想首先还是得去去意识形态的毒。
