《登科記考補正》是全國古籍整理領導規劃小組“十五”重點規劃項目。
《登科記考》三十捲，清代著名學者徐鬆所撰。自清道光十八年（1838）成書以來，一直是研究唐、五代人物、史事、科舉、文學等方麵的重要著作。共著錄進士凡2087人，諸科凡48人，明經凡303人，製科和宏詞、拔萃凡562人，以上數字相加約3000人，約占唐代科舉人數的十分之一。它取材宏富，是一部考訂詳備的唐、五代科舉史料編年。然而，囿於時代等因素，亦有許多疏漏，且其後所發現的大量資料，又是徐鬆所不及見的。北京大學中文係教授孟二鼕先生以中華書局1984年8月第一版趙守儼先生點校《登科記考》為底本，廣泛吸收近人、今人的研究成果，認真核查，詳加甄辨，並在占有大量新舊材料的基礎上，對徐鬆所缺考失收者，予以新的考證和補充，對徐鬆所考有誤者，予以辨證，共計新增補進士凡640人，明經凡369人，諸科凡127人，製科和宏詞、拔萃凡295人，總計約1460人。實為唐、五代文史研究提供瞭一個更加豐富、可靠的文本，為海內外學者提供瞭一套更加有用的重要參考資料。齣版後將取代中華點校本成為新的通行本。
