傑弗裏·圖賓

生於1960年，《紐約客》雜誌專職作傢，有綫電視新聞網（CNN）高級法律分析師。曾任《哈佛法律評論》編輯。圖賓於1986年以最優成績獲哈佛大學法學院法律博士學位，隨後擔任獨立檢察官勞倫斯·沃爾什的助理顧問，及紐約市布魯剋林區的聯邦助理檢察官。1993年加入《紐約客》。《 誓言：奧巴馬與最高法院》是圖賓的最新著作，2012年由道布爾戴齣版社齣版，隨即成為《紐約時報》暢銷書。
