英文非常简单，最基本的概念反复强调（meditation之类），比较适合门外汉入门。但有几个想法还是让我惊叹，比如讨论意识出现的一刹那，主客体一定是同时存在、又同时湮灭的。逐步引导到涅槃的概念，才知道nirvana就是here and now。最后一章里的后两个小节突然变成现代社会文明公民教科书......谈到了气候变暖、性暴力和婚姻里的问题，非常时髦。方法要点就是，recognize, then let it go, don't push or press it -- nonviolence
