英文非常簡單，最基本的概念反復強調（meditation之類），比較適閤門外漢入門。但有幾個想法還是讓我驚嘆，比如討論意識齣現的一刹那，主客體一定是同時存在、又同時湮滅的。逐步引導到涅槃的概念，纔知道nirvana就是here and now。最後一章裏的後兩個小節突然變成現代社會文明公民教科書......談到瞭氣候變暖、性暴力和婚姻裏的問題，非常時髦。方法要點就是，recognize, then let it go, don't push or press it -- nonviolence
