虽然副标题看起来让人以为这是一本“Design of Everyday Things”的续集，书的前半部分还有些设计心理学的内容，后半部分天马行空，一直讲到机器人的设计和展望，远没有“Design of Everyday Things”有趣。

很推荐的原文。因为情感化设计的很多名词都太相似太模糊了，需要用英文再做一遍词义辨析才能明白更多。

书里废话比较多，很多常识性的东西，没有什么特别惊奇的理论，当然，很多常识对很多人都不是常识。比如情绪，基本上是被人忽视的一个设计元素。

不难看出 Norman 的乐观性格。在阐述三个层面的时候用了很多有趣的例子，层层深入。十几年前的书现在看来，第三章和第六章的内容仍然有可以继续学习的地方，其他的基本逐渐普及了，少了很多惊喜与趣味。

这本书的写作方式是那种，有个理论观点，围绕观点举例子和论述的感觉。没有前一本好。我觉得是因为积累不够厚，书却厚啦。要是变薄一点，便宜点，就是力荐了。
