雖然副標題看起來讓人以為這是一本“Design of Everyday Things”的續集，書的前半部分還有些設計心理學的內容，後半部分天馬行空，一直講到機器人的設計和展望，遠沒有“Design of Everyday Things”有趣。

沒空的話也可以去看看norman的ted talk基本就講瞭這本書裏的理論很快速的介紹瞭emotional design的三個層次。
