Compared to its counterpart of Chinese translation, it's doubtful it rivals with the latter in terms of faithfulness& authenticity. Also, it falls short in conveying the original's poetic flavor.

评分小時候覺得極盡無聊瑣碎之能事，現在被迫讀一遍，居然入迷瞭。言淺意深。An education on desire.以前以為就是一部貴族玩弄女性史，細讀纔發現，其實是很女性主義的主題，控訴的比較幽默委婉而已。當然，這樣解讀，也有點過於刻闆化瞭。
