乍一听到书的题目，我本以为这是一部法学著作，在读完这本《论法的精神》之后，我改变了看法，自动将这本书分为了三部分，即对书的整体认知分为三个部分，对于孟德斯鸠其人也有了更为深入的认识，从一开始的钦佩到后来的折服到最后的客观，也可谓是“一波三折”。孟德斯鸠...  

再读《论法的精神》，数年荏苒。其实，我们无论是察省内己抑或放思外在，都需要时间的沉淀和历练方能趋步而前、掘理落深。黑格尔说，密涅瓦之枭候至天暮，方行展翅。我们很多时候都凿凿地不予苟同，但是，这种不屑的心态本身依旧需要在历史的辩证法完转之后，方能自视。...
