评分我真的是好想知道，讓病人讀一本哲學名著之後一起討論意義的治療到底是什體驗????和CBT還有SFT有部分交叉和異麯同工之妙；是psychiatrist說的比patient還多的療法，蘇格拉底式對話非常哲學，討論Deity和人生意義，但有的時候還是歸到瞭情緒層麵????整體有點偏學術（？）；「unconditional meaning and unconditional faith in that meaning」；在suffer這個話題上和之前Gilligan那本有點像
评分比他的前一本書“A man's search for meaning"難讀很多，不推薦直接閱讀。
