歐根·埃利希（Eugen Ehrlich，1862～1922），奧地利法學傢，歐洲社會學法學、自由法學的創始人之一。生於布科維納的切爾諾夫策（Czernowitz）的一個猶太人傢庭。1886年在維也納大學獲得法學博士學位。1894年任維也納大學講師，主講羅馬法，並兼任律師工作。1897年起在切爾諾夫策大學擔任羅馬法教授直至1922年去世。在此期間，埃利希於1906～1907年間擔任該大學的校長。其主要著作有：《默示的意思錶示》（1893年）、《德國民法典上的強行法與非強行法》 （1899年）、《自由的法的發現和自由法學》（1903年）、《法社會學原理》（1913年）和《法律邏輯》（1919年）等。

一个人看太闷了…… 我觉得作者有些观点很主观，可是没人能跟我讨论一下…… 连豆瓣上也显示“少于10人评论”好郁闷。
