评分这里福柯开始贯彻自己的anti-institution理念，从精神病院的结构入手，讨论microphysics of disciplinary power，权力层层递进直到传给精神病医生（精神病院的典型化身）。这里还提到了家庭与精神病院的关系，家庭是如何将自身的sovereignty power让渡出一部分来补充精神病院的disciplinary power。着重提到了hysteria，这个无法被掌控、完全反精神病院的战士。另外也预示了接下来几个讲座的内容，其中涉及到多处对于abnormal和sexuality的讲解。中间Leuret大战M. Dupre那段太精彩了，即使只是引用了Leuret自己的话，但还是感觉在看精神分析学小说。
