聽過虎哥講解，還是蠻好玩的～～～肉為我們提供瞭某些生命需要的氨基酸和血液組成成分，所以得吃。於是我們漸漸圈養小動物食用，但不是每種動物都適閤圈養起來吃掉。但不是每種動物都適閤養殖，我們要看這個動物脾氣性格，産肉能力等。最令我沒想到的事采野果子竟然比打獵吃肉是更加經濟實用的養活自己的手段……挺好玩的～～～

瓦茨拉夫·斯米爾（Vaclav Smil）從事能源、環境和人口變化、食物生産及營養、技術創新、風險評估和公共政策領域的跨學科研究。他已經齣版瞭30多本專著，發錶瞭500多篇論文。

斯米爾是曼尼托巴大學特聘的榮譽退休教授，加拿大皇傢學院（科學院）研究員，*一個被美國科學促進會授予科學和技術公眾普及奬的非美籍學者。

2001年，斯米爾入選《國外政策》雜誌評選的全球思想傢50強。著有《材料簡史及材料未來》《美國製造》《收割生物圈》等暢銷書。
