上法學院之前我還看過這樣一本書，雖然現在已經將內容忘得一乾二淨瞭。其實讀法學院（或者說讀哈佛法學院）如果隻為瞭成績的話，大概也用不著多麼的strategic，平時上課也不大重要，考試前把outline改好、好好復習就可以瞭。所有平時自以為努力的上課、閱讀，可能隻是成績道路上的一些彎路而已。可交瞭學費，總還是想欺騙自己、幻想從課堂上學到知識和lawyerly thinking啊。
