I'm still not a fan of historical romance so far. This one in particular: alienated me with outdated circumstances, bored me to tears with senseless conversations and tedious developments, irked me with backward values...And that heroine was like an irritating little saint.The book's only saving grace is that I'm always happy to learn anything new.
